The Brierwood Ensemble is delighted to return to the St. Philip’s Summer Music Series in picturesque Southport, NC.

Join us for a summer serenade of Classical, Romantic, and early twentieth-century works highlighting Brierwood’s distinctive colors: Mozart’s Duo in G Major and Martinů’s Madrigal No. 1 for violin and viola; a movement from Henriette Renié’s monumental Trio in B-flat Major for harp, violin, and bassoon; and, for the full quartet, Carl Schmeidler’s dramatic Concert-Romanze and Alfred Holý’s charming Humoresque.
